Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled. However, to protect our time, energy, and income, we have implemented the following Cancellation & No-Show Policy:

1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours of Appointment

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least:

  • 48 hours’ notice for regular cleaning appointments.

  • 72 hours’ notice for deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, or Airbnb turnovers.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in:

  • 50% charge of the total service cost.

  • This charge will need to be settled before re-booking another appointment.

This helps us cover our time and costs when last-minute changes occur.

2. Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

​

If you cancel on the same day or we arrive at your property and:

  • No one is home,

  • We cannot gain access to the property, or

  • You do not answer our calls/messages,

This will be considered a No-Show, and the following will apply:

  • 100% of the service cost will be charged.

  • Future appointments may require pre-payment.

  • Continuous no-shows may result in termination of services.

We allocate time and resources to each appointment, and a no-show results in loss of income and time for our business.

 

3. Late Arrivals / Access Delays

We understand there may be times when you’re running a few minutes late or forget to leave access to the property. However:

  • We will wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time.

  • If we have not received access after 10 minutes, it will be considered a No-Show, and the full service fee will apply.

 

4. Payment Requirements for Cancellations or No-Shows

  • Any cancellation fees must be settled before booking another appointment.

  • Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in termination of services.

 

5. Pre-Payment Requirement

​

For any new clients, Airbnb turnovers, or properties with a history of no-shows, we may require:

  • Full pre-payment for services.

  • Pre-payment will secure your appointment and ensure our time is respected.

This is to protect our time and business while continuing to offer high-quality service.

 

6. Our Commitment to You

  • Clear and open communication.

  • A stress-free and enjoyable experience.

We simply ask that our clients extend the same courtesy by honoring appointments or providing appropriate notice for cancellations.
